The Pretty Lie or The Ugly Truth?

"Lie to me lie to lie to me so sweet.." - Miguel "P*ssy is Mine" (Nice album and all but n**** what?)

Does anyone know the sole purpose behind lying? What about lying to the point where you would have to keep up with your lies? That's doing extra work you could of smoothly forgotten about had you kept it 100. What makes it so bad is that there are some people who lie so crazy that they THEMSELVES start believing it. They say something like "Yeah I'm in school for my masters" and next thing they know is they start buying sweatshirts and bumper stickers with the school they claim they attend on it.

What gets me is like, they don't feel odd when they lie? I know I damn sure couldn't lie and go on about life like its spotless golden. My damn feet would turn numb,  jaw leaning and I'm already a hypochondriac so I'd think I had some crazy disorder.

How do you "trust" a person after they get caught lying? Me personally I couldn't do it because I would assume every thing you done told me previously was a lie and why I need to hear more? I don't een care if you told me your real birthdate all that get lumped up with a caution sign on it.

But honestly, you might have to blame all this on the people that actually fall for the lies. They're pretty much fuel for liars and get them pumped with adrenaline to say "oh s*** he/she believed that?! Wait 'til I hit them with this new lie!" Some stuff might be hard to see if they're telling the truth but if she say "yeah I use to model I just hurt my foot so I stopped for awhile" or dude say "yeah I'm bout to sign with _______ soon" ... c'mon son.

To clear all this up, just go about life thinking everybody lying including your parents and you pretty much good.
